LENN PRITCHARD, CHAIRMAN - Lenn Pritchard is owner and President of P.K. Developments L.L.C., and multiple companies designed to engineer and develop large-scale real estate subdivisions and vast-acreage land for mixed-use in the Phoenix metropolitan area. His developments include shopping centers; commercial ventures and large-scale multi-use combined residential and shopping areas.
Since 1975, Mr. Pritchard has been owner of multiple successful development companies performing large acreage commercial and residential development projects in Arizona. As the owner of Omni Realty, he expanded the brokerage activities from selling single family and residential real estate to include both acquisition and divestiture of all types of real estate. Transactions included sales of residential real estate to major Arizona home-builders.
Lenn Pritchard was co-owner and consult to Rastra Technologies, formed to innovate alternative building materials for use in the construction of external wall components, and Mr. Pritchard served as consultant to and supervisor of the construction of several McDonald's "sports store" theme restaurants using Rastra components.
Previously, Mr. Pritchard became Director of International Business Development, for Interstate Mechanical Corporation, (IMCOR), where he traveled to Russia and Saudia Arabia for the investigation of business opportunities with business and political leaders in these large countries.
MICHAEL MAY, MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE - Michael May has spent his entire career in the development and management of technology-driven growth companies - first in software, then in outsourced services. Mr. May is currently Managing Director of MercExchange LLC, a company that develops and produces technologies for Internet commerce, and licenses its patents to other companies.
He has been an executive in two Initial Public Offerings and managed acquisitions and mergers in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. He has served on the Board of Directors for several publicly traded companies, as well as several private firms. Mr. May has a degree in business administration and economics from the University of Nebraska. He is married with a beautiful wife, and five beautiful children, ages 26 down to 10.
DANIEL D. WALTER, CEO/FOUNDER. Mr. Walter is the founder and CEO of SouthPointe Digital Technologies, LLC. Prior to SouthPointe Digital, he was CEO and a Director of Avalon Digital Marketing Services a small publicly held email marketing company where he was instrumental in bringing them through the later stages of bankruptcy to spin off the IP assets as a smaller non-public company for a private investment group. Mr. Walter has over 20 years of senior executive management and entrepreneurial experience in the customer contact and direct marketing sector. The past 15 years he held senior management positions in the call center and litigation support environments.
Mr. Walter was formerly EVP and CBDO for Focus Legal Solutions, a litigation support company where he was instrumental in charting their business service offerings from a local law firm basis into large Fortune 500 corporate legal department offerings. Previous to that, he was with CRM Solutions where he was Executive Vice President and consultant for the company's large call center clients in sales and business development. Prior to that he was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Webhelp where he built the sales from a start-up to a company with over 1,500 employees.
This position followed his position as Corporate Senior Vice President over Global Business Development and Global Chairman of the Telecommunications Industry segment worldwide and a member of the Office of the President for SITEL Corporation, (NYSE SWW). While at SITEL he was instrumental in building the company sales revenues from less than $15 million to over $750 million while personally selling a total in excess of $1.5 billion worth of services for long-term high value contracts with large global companies.
KENNETH E. LAWONN, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT and CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER of ALEGENT HEALTH.
As senior vice president and chief information officer, Kenneth Lawonn brings 30 years of information technology and over 22 years of management experience to Alegent Health. He is responsible for the information management, telecommunications, construction, security and biomedical functions throughout the enterprise. Lawonn has nurtured Alegent Health's relationship with Siemens Strategic Alliance, negotiating a 10-year agreement for medical, building and information technology. He has successfully completed a Strategic Systems Plan, calling for implementation of advanced clinical systems, and he has led Alegent Health to be named one of the 100 Most Wired Health Systems for the past two years.
Alegent Health is a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system with over 1,200 physicians and nearly 8,600 employees. Alegent Health is comprised of five metropolitan medical centers, four rural hospitals and 42 primary care clinics with 125 physicians in Nebraska and Iowa. It has multiple collaborative affiliations with other healthcare providers in the region.
Prior to joining Alegent, Lawonn served as the first corporate vice president of information technology for Banner Health System/Lutheran Health Systems, Fargo, North Dakota, for a year. Banner Health System was created in 1999 as the result of a merger between Lutheran Health Systems, Fargo, and Samaritan Health Systems, Phoenix, Arizona. Lawonn joined Lutheran Health Systems in 1976 and served as an analyst/programmer, senior analyst/programmer and project leader. He was promoted to corporate systems and programming manager in 1984 and to corporate director of information systems in 1987. He led the system as vice president and chief information officer from 1992 until the merger with Samaritan Health Systems in 1999.
Lawonn received an Associate of Science in Computer Programming from North Dakota State School of Science in 1976. He completed the Bachelor of Science degree program in Computer Information Systems at Moorhead State University in 1992. Lawonn is a current member of the College of Health Information Management Executives, and the Hospital Information Management and Systems Society.
